Best Adjustable Dumbbells for Small Spaces
We compared dial, pin and twist designs on price-per-pound, durability and footprint.
Why this matters
Most people overspend on their first piece of equipment and then run out of room or budget for the basics. Start with your space, then your goals, then your budget, in that order.
What to look for
Check the footprint in both use and storage positions. Look at the warranty length, the weight capacity and whether replacement parts are easy to find. Read the one-star reviews: they tell you what breaks.
Our picks
The products below are the ones we would buy again. Prices change often, so check the current price before you decide.
The bottom line
Buy fewer, better pieces. A rack, a bar, plates and one cardio machine will outlast a room full of gadgets. If you want the full plan with layouts, shopping lists and a 12-week program, grab The Home Gym Blueprint.
